那些美容師、美甲師、美髮師、刺青師父教我的事...

我一直想去刺青,
3 年前我真的去找了一個台北很有名的刺青師...
然後到了那邊..刺青師問我要刺什麼圖案...
我想了幾個圖案（本來有想到要刺星星、月亮那些）也參考了一些圖案, 最後剩下了幾個我在考慮到底要刺哪一個圖案呢...
我想了很久都無法決定...

後來那個刺青師父就跟我說...
『你要找一個對你來說有意義的圖案, 如果你找不到, 就先不要刺, 等你找到了再來刺』
後來我只好失望的離開沒刺青成功。

3 年後, 到現在我還是沒找到任何對我有意義的圖案,  所以我也一直還沒有刺青, 但是這幾天我想到這件事讓我覺得，還好我遇到了這個刺青師，他給我上了一個很大課程，我也很慶幸沒有隨便亂刺一個沒有太大意義的圖案在自己的身上。

對我來說，人生也是這樣，很多事想做, 有很多選擇讓你去做決定...
重要的是，你必須瞭解自己要的是什麼。

也許你必須經歷一些事情才能領悟一些事情、才會學到一些方法， 
如果一直一帆風順的生活，可能你也不會跳離那個舒適圈, 也不會做出不一樣的決定, 成就今天的你。

我覺得我每次都可以從這些：美甲師、美容師、美髮師、刺青師父...等等, 身上得到人生的大道理。謝謝你們！

到現在我也還在尋找自己人生的方向、生活的意義、和工作奮鬥的目標；
但是我有了一個很重要的基準 - 就像刺青師父告訴我的：
當你面臨一些選擇, 記得要找到一個對自己人生有意義的事...
然後你會願意為了這個事一直奮鬥下去。

如果沒有，繼續尋找 ，不要放棄。

歐洲國家的國旗都好相似啊：法國、荷蘭、俄羅斯國旗...怎麼分辨？三色旗是哪三色？

說到歐洲國旗, 一般人就馬上想到...『就是那 3 個顏色, 直條紋？…還是橫條紋的？』

都沒錯, 歐洲因為歷史以及地理的相關性和相連性,  很多國家的國旗都蠻類似的。
下面是幾個大家比較容易混淆的國家國旗：

 




大家可以注意到, 歐洲很多國家的國旗都是由三個顏色所組成, 有的是橫三條, 有的是直三條。

三色旗幟最早是由荷蘭開始使用（可以追朔到西元1568年）,當時荷蘭人揮舞橙、白、藍三色旗，反抗西班牙的殖民統治，後來爲了在 戰鬥和海上航行時易于辨認，用紅色取代了橙。 

後來在法國大革命（西元1789年左右）時候產生了另一種 - 直式的三色旗幟, 也就是所謂的『Tricolor』(三色旗), 由藍色、白色、紅色三個顏色組成的（白色是代表王室, 藍、紅則是不同的王朝 dynasty 代表的顏色)。

紅、藍、白這三個顏色常常被使用在以斯拉夫民族（Slavic people) 的國家中，因為這是斯拉夫族人的顏色，所以你可以看到俄羅斯、捷克、南斯拉夫聯盟共和國、克羅地亞、斯洛文尼亞、斯洛伐克等國家都是使用紅藍白這三個顏色為國旗的主要顏色。

比利時的國旗是黑紅黃三個顏色垂直構成的旗幟, 三色直條紋的設計取自法國國旗, 顏色意義從以前王室（Brabant）的徽章而來：為黑色盾牌和紅色爪子和舌頭的黃色獅子。正式的國旗比例是罕有的13:15，這種比例趨近於正方形, 在一般的旗幟形狀中很少見。

黑、紅、金三色是德國的國色，與神聖羅馬帝國的徽章顏色相同：金盾金色、鷹身黑色、喙和爪為紅色。

另外，盧森堡因為曾經和荷蘭共組聯邦，盧森堡獨立後，正式將國旗改爲紅、白、淺藍，以示與荷蘭國旗的區別。

即使我可以列出一大堆運動帶來的好處, 但是...
我想你一定懂得...『知道是一回事, 去做又是另一回事。』哈！！

我在台北出生, 也在台北長大, 從小到大每天的生活就是搭公車或是捷運 MRT串連起來的點點滴滴。在台北市這兩種交通工具都非常方便, 但是對於外地來參觀的旅客, 我還是推薦 - 捷運 MRT, 因為台北捷運非常簡單（路線不多）、快速、又直接。

對一個像我一樣懶惰的女生....
我最近發現一個超棒的運動, 讓我可以每天做而且都不會厭煩, 那就是 - 騎自行車。
是的, 騎自行車不但可以讓你運動, 它也能帶你到任何你想去的地方去看...
老實說, 我覺得騎自行車旅遊是最棒的方式參觀台北市！

別擔心要如何弄到一台自行車或是要去哪裡租？
直接用你的 MRT 捷運票卡（悠遊卡）或是信用卡, 在每個捷運站出口就可以借到一台自行車了（這裡我們叫做 Youbike）！Youbike 真的是超級方便而且可以快速的帶你到台北市的任何一個地方, 而且最重要的是 - 它非常便宜！

現在我幾乎每天都騎 Youbike,
我騎 Youbike 去餐廳和我朋友們吃飯,
我騎 Youbike 去買一些日常生活用品,
有時候下班坐捷運回家的路上, 我會提早幾站下車, 然後騎 Youbike 回家！

我喜歡騎自行車慢慢觀賞台北路上各式各樣的人, 看著台北每天新興的店家或街景, 有時候也會發現一些我從來沒發現過的台北古老建築！

騎自行車的每一天, 讓我更愛台北這個城市了！

有人問我：騎車會不會危險呢？
我只有摔倒過一次...而且是因為我的 Youbike 籃子中放了太重的東西讓我自己失去平衡而跌倒...(哈！很笨的原因吧！）

在台北市騎車非常的安全！

我也帶過我一些從法國來旅遊的朋友們在台北市騎車, 他們覺得這真是認識這個城市最好的方法！

至於價錢呢？
每次租車的前30分鐘, 收費 5元（新台幣）,
然後每過 30分鐘, 就收 10 元。
也就是說假設你騎了 2個小時, 才收費 35元新台幣, 連 1塊歐元都不到, 跟免費差不多了！

這裡有一些方法告訴大家如何在台北市借 Youbike：

1. 如何搞到一張捷運卡（悠遊卡）：
   在任何台北捷運站裡面都可以購買（從機器購買,或是直接跟櫃台人員購買）
2. 註冊捷運卡：
   要使用 MRT 卡租借 Youbike自行車, 必須要先將你的 MRT捷運（悠遊卡）註冊,
   (1) 在捷運出口的Youbike站旁都有設置一台 KIOSK 機器, 可以用你的MRT卡在機器上面註冊;
   (2) 網路註冊 - 可以事先在 Youbike的網站上註冊 https://ntpc.youbike.com.tw/en/f61.php
   **用任何一種方式註冊都需要有一個台灣當地的行動電話號碼, 因為註冊是將捷運上的卡片號碼和你的行動電話號碼關聯起來（ 註冊的程序會立刻傳一個簡訊到你提供的這個行動電話號碼, 然後你必須用這個簡訊再輸入完成註冊）
3. 使用信用卡借 Youbike：
   如果你沒辦法註冊台北捷運MRT卡（你沒辦法弄到一個當地的行動電話號碼）, 你可以問問看當地的朋友借用一下他的電話號碼來註冊, 如果不行, 那麼你也可以用信用卡直接在 KIOSK 借 Youbike;

日本賞櫻花情報！日本賞櫻花開放時間～

又到了日本最美的櫻花季！！
每年的二月開始到四月底, 日本各地櫻花開始盛開, 其中由一種叫做 Kawazu-zakura（河津桜）的櫻花開始領先綻放, 每年在靜岡 Shizuoka (Izu) 地區也從二月開始（到三月10日）舉辦了一個非常有名的櫻花活動 - 河津櫻花季 Kawazu-zakura (河津桜まつり)．

每年河津櫻花季大約吸引了150~200萬左右的人前來賞櫻, 而靜岡剛好位於日本中部地區, 距離京都、大阪等都很近, 所以如果從京都大阪過來靜岡的話, 一天的行程剛剛好,除了欣賞河津櫻花季之外, 還可以順便欣賞富士山的美景以及享受有名的伊豆溫泉！

賞櫻、富士山、泡溫泉...是不是超完美的一天行程！？

Si l 'on parle de cette saison au Japon, je crois que de nombreuses personnes pensent aux Sakura (Fleurs de Cerisier). En février, on peut déjà admirer une sorte de Sakura appelée Kawazu-zakura (河津桜). Si vous allez bientôt au Japon, profitez de cette opportunité pour admirer les magnifiques Kawazu-zakura (河津桜).^^

L'évènement le plus connu autour des Kawazu-zakura (河津桜まつり) se tient du 10 février au 10 mars à Shizuoka (Izu). Comme ce n'est pas très loin de Tokyo ou d'Osaka, on peut envisager une sortie d'une journée. Toutefois, si vous n'êtes pas être trop pressé, vous pouvez passer un peu de temps dans le coin pour profiter des sources chaudes ou pour vous promener au Mont Fuji. Cela ne semble-t-il pas agréable et relaxant? ^^

Hinamatsuri (雛祭り), la journée des Poupées, la journée des Fillettes
 

Le 3 mars est le Hinamatsuri (雛祭り) également appelé la journée des Poupées ou la journée des Fillettes. C'est un jour spécial au Japon. On utilise des promontoires couverts de tapis rouge sur lesquels sont disposées des poupées d'ornement (雛人形 hina-ningyō) représentants l'Empereur, l'Impératrice, la cour et des musiciens en robe traditionelle de la période Heian.

Les régions Kantō et Kansai ont un ordre de placement différent des poupées, de gauche à droite. Généralement, les poupées d'ornement sont disposées sur sept promontoires différents.

Le niveau supérieur est réservé aux deux poupéees dites poupées impériales (内裏雛 (だいりびな)  dairi-bina). Le mot dairi signifie «  Palais impérial  ». L'Empereur (男雛 O-bina) tient un baton rituel (笏 shaku) et l'Impératrice(女雛 Me-bina) tient un éventail. Ils sont souvent respectivement appelés (par erreur) Odairi-sama  (御内裏様)  and  Ohina-sama  (御雛様). Ils sont fréquemment placés devant un paravent doré byōbu  (屏風) et installés à côté d'arbres verts de jardin japonais.

De plus, hors du Japon, Hinamatsuri est également célébré à Florence (Italie), sous le parrainage de l'Ambassade du Japon, de l'institut Japonais et du Cabinet Vieusseux. Hinamatsuri est aussi célébré dans l'état américain d'Hawaï.

Most useful tip for traveling in Taiwan - How to use the toilets for free in Taiwan?

People live in Taipei never worry about the sudden mother nature’s calling, as there're public toilets everywhere. This is something that people from other countries would be surprised.

I had some friends first time visiting Taipei and while we walked on the streets, one of the ladies felt her mother nature is calling and then i brought her to MRT to use the toilets, it’s free and clean; it happens all the times you’d need to use the toilets when you’re traveling, with the delicious foods and drinks tasted, so sometimes I bring them to 7-11 (a convenient store you can see everywhere in Taipei) to use their toilets, and my friends were surprised that it is so convenient to use the toilets almost everywhere in Taipei.

In Europe or other countries, most of the stores won’t have the toilets for anyone to use for free, and you need to pay for using public toilets (there’s few are free, but very few), even in McDonald, you have to use the passcode printed on the receipt (of the foods you just ordered) to get to use the toilets.

But here in Taiwan, you are free to walk in to any coffee shops (ex: Starbucks, Dante, etc.), fast-food chain stores (McDonald, KFC, MOS Burgers, Burger King, etc.), 7-11, department stores or Malls (ex: Sogo, Mitsukoshi, Uni-Hankyu, Att for Fun, Taipei 101 mall, etc.), books stores (Eslite), theaters, hotels, or any MRT station, to use their toilets, for free and without even asking the permission!

And most of these toilets are cleaned and well-maintained.

They have people to clean it up every hour,  by adding the tissues, the seat covers, the soap, etc., honestly, they keep it very cleaned and neat.

If you could not find the toilets in these places, you may just ask their staff, they’ll guide you friendly. Most toilets in the MRT buildings outside the gates (you don’t need to pay to pass the gate), so you could just use the toilets freely; some are inside of the gates, for these ones you could just ask the staff to open the special gate for you to get in and use the toilets and then come out (how nice!).

As a Taipei citizen, I’m proud of the toilet facilities & services in Taipei.
(I know this is a special point to be proud of…hahaha!)

Like most of the girls, I'm lazy.

I'm lazy taking exercises even I could list numbers of benefits from taking physical activities, but, I'm sure you understand that knowing is one thing, doing is another matter, ha!

I was born and grew up in Taipei, both buses and MRT are very convenient and are our major public transportation. For the visitors, I think taking MRT is the best option as it's quite simple, fast, straightforward, and with clear English instructions.

For a lazy girl like me...
I found a great exercise and I could take it everyday and never get tired of it - cycling.
Yes, and this exercise not only get you work out physically, it also quickly brings you to see any places you'd like to see in detail...
Frankly, this is probably the best way for you to travel around Taipei city.

Don't worry about how to get a bicycle or try to lend from the shops, just use your MRT card (or Credit card) to get one bike (it's called Youbike) right at the exit of each MRT station. It's super convenient and efficient for you to reach every places in Taipei, and the most import - it's cheap!

Now I almost ride the Youbike everyday,
I ride the Youbike to the restaurants to meet my friends,
I ride the Youbike to buy some groceries,
and sometimes, I get off earlier from the MRT and I ride the Youbike to go home;
I really enjoy day-dreaming when cycling, and I love to see the straits of Taipei, the people on the streets, and sometimes I find the historical buildings that I've never seen before, etc., I love this city more via cycling!

What about the safety?
I only fall down and hurt myself once when cycling (ha!!),
that's because I took heavy stuff on my basket and I couldn't keep myself balance and fall down. (yes, I know it's stupid!)

It's very safe to ride the bicycles in Taipei city!

For the prices, in the first 30 minutes, it charges TWD5,
and then additional TWD10 for every 30 minutes afterwards.

So even you ride for 2 hours, it costs you only TWD35, less than 1 EURO! It's like free!

Here's some tips for you to get a Youbike in Taipei:

1. How to get a MRT card:
   Buy one in any MRT station (via the machine or the staff people in the counter).
2. How to get your MRT card registered:
   So that you could rent an Youbike anywhere, you could:
   (a) go register at the KIOSK of each station, or,
   (b) go register it in advance from the website: https://ntpc.youbike.com.tw/en/f61.php
   (it requires a local mobile number to associate your MRT card, so you need to have a local mobile number to register your MRT card)
3. Use your credit card to rent an Youbike:
   If you have troubles to register your MRT card (without a local mobile number), you could either ask a local friend to register (from the KIOSK or from the link above) your MRT card for you, otherwise, you could use your credit card to rent (from the KIOSK at every station).
